We want this program to be both
FUN and REWARDING for everyone.
However, there are three very important
rules that we all must follow.
Rule #1
The Baa-Baa (Referral) must ask specifically for your Stockman (salesperson) by name and tell us that you sent them, BEFORE the Muster (sales process) begins.
This is very important because a stockman's worth is largely based on how well his/her Rider musters. A Rider that retrieves Baa-Baas for just any Stockman must be retrained. This also eliminates any misunderstandings that can sometimes come from a Baa-Baa wandering in on its own and one or more Stockman trying to claim it.
In order to avoid confusion and keep the muster FUN FOR ALL, we suggest ONE of the following...
1. Email your Stockman (Salesperson) or the Stockman's Manager and give them the Baa-Baa's (Customer's) name and telephone number.
OR
2. Call or email your Stockman or their Manager and let them know that a Baa-Baa is on the way and will ask for them specifically.
OR
3. Just have the Baa-Baa ask specifically for your Stockman by name immediately upon arrival at the dealership. Even if your Stockman is out at the time, a record will be made of this and you will still receive credit once the sale is made.
Rule # 2
Remember that Riders and previous customers cannot be Baa-Baas. If someone has bought a vehicle from us before, or if they have ever received a Baa-Baa Biscuit Reward, they are not considered fair game.
Rule # 3
In the event that your Stockman is not at the dealership, instruct your Baa-Baa to inform any of our sales managers, they will facilitate the reward for you.
